View Full Version : Just realized I havent posted pics in a while
Duckman Sat, May 22nd, 2004, 07:50 AM ...so...here's a recap. First pic is the dreadful old me at (at least)222lbs / 101kg in august last year. In September last year, I decided that enough was enough.
Second pic is February 17. weighing in at 84kg/185lbs.
Last pic is May 1. weighing in at 84kg/185lbs.
Today, I'm at 182lbs. Haven't taken any pics since, but you get the idea;)
mybodycomp says 17%bf now, but I think I'm lower...opinons?
Duckman Sat, May 22nd, 2004, 07:59 AM ...and if it helps, unflexed "abs"
Ludvig78 Sat, May 22nd, 2004, 08:03 AM Some difference around the abs and lovehandles. You also lost some of the fat on the chest. How much did you lose? What period of time are we talking?
Duckman Sat, May 22nd, 2004, 08:13 AM whatever you do, dont read my post :p

...haven't lost a pound, only gained lean mass and lost fat
If you look at this pic, you can actually see some vascularity in my arms, and I haven't seen that in the last 7 years;)
marcus Sat, May 22nd, 2004, 09:09 AM Wow, judging from the first couple of pics, there is a big difference. :tu:
I wouldnt worry to much about your weight measurements from the last couple of months because you look like you have definitely put on some lean muscle mass. I'd say you would be at around 13-14% bf. Once you get rid of that last little bit of fat, you will have a great physique because you already have good mass.
Keep it up :tucool:

I don't see much diff from month to month, cause my weight has been at the same spot for about 5 months, so I'm glad I have the pics to look back at. It's an awesome source for inspiration  . But, as long as I'm loosing fat and gaining mass, I'm happy.
I just started using DietPower, and it'll be interesting to see how that works. Right now, I hate the program, cause it's telling me I have to eat about 2600 k cal to loose 1.2lbs a week, and I have problem forcing down 2200k cal
My goal is to loose 10 lbs till 20 july, when I'm having my holliday, and If...I mean when I get there, I think I'm gonna look pretty dam good :D
The plans for late august will be a very clean bulk for a few months, focusing on basically my whole upper body no emphasis on any particular part, 6-10lbs...we'll see how far I get and how long I bulk.
I don't wanna become really huge, even thoug I think I have the potential for it, cause it's not very practial for what I'm using my body for...biking, hiking, skiing etc :tu:
Jimbo Sat, May 22nd, 2004, 10:42 AM It's pretty cool that you're pecs are taking shape, even though you've stayed at the same weight. Way to stick with it! :tu:
Amino Sat, May 22nd, 2004, 11:44 AM nicely done mate! It's great that regardless of the lack of weight shift, that your progress is visible to you and especially to others. You're looking leaner. All you have to do now is lose the long hair and you wont be asked by the lady in the shop what bra size you're looking for!

Knubb Sat, May 22nd, 2004, 12:54 PM Well, whatever MyBodyComp says, I wouldn't trust it. It has me listed as 10% BF. I'd say about 14-15, maybe...I'm not good at estimating bodyfat...
You DO look great. You don't have much fat left to lose now, just keep at it.
Now drop and give me twenty boy!!!
Duckman Sat, May 22nd, 2004, 01:57 PM Now drop and give me twenty boy!!!

...one year ago, that would've been a nice B, maybe even a C...but hey...at least they were perky and self supporting
akm3 Sat, May 22nd, 2004, 04:13 PM Wow! The difference in your arms are dramatic! You look 'tough' now, compared to before where you had lost a lot of weight but looked like a 'skinny' guy. (I'm still trying to get to the 'Skinny Guy' phase, so you are way ahead of me!)
Thanks again for the new Avatar, by the way :D
