I’ve been reading on this forum and else ware, about green tea’s ability to assist in fat loss. But if I understand correctly and putting the other health benefits aside, the only component in green tea that helps fat loss is caffeine. I understand that caffeine will mobilize fat into the blood and make it more available for burning.
