Operating System: XP

Hardware Configuration (Memory,CPU): 2GB

Screen Resolution:

*BodyShop Theme: n/a

*Observed Results: I am instantly returned to the logon screen no message and the username and password fields are blank

*Expected Results: to login successfully

*Reproducibility:
[x] Constant
[ ] Frequent
[ ] Intermittent
[ ] Once
[ ] Rarely

*Page URL Occurred On: http://bodyshop.johnstonefitness.com//loginportal.php?

*Steps to Reproduce: use google Chrome to logon to bodyshop. I am able to successfully logon with IE8 and Mozilla Firefox

Thanks for reporting this bug; when you experienced this problem, were you logged into the site with more than one browser at the same time?

Yes I was logged in with IE8 at the time

This is the security in BodyShop saying you already have an active session open elsewhere; If you log out of one browser, logging in should be seamless on the other. If you have any concerns please address them here otherwise I will close this as resolved shortly.
