I can't give you good numbers but I can tell you this: old whey smells like death. If possible, I'd carry around your container with water, and the powder in a baggie, mixing the two when needed. I would not pre-mix them and carry that around.

Seriously, give it a shot once or twice and you'll probably change your mind ;)

what about if i made a whey shake with milk, and kept it in the fridge, would that last for 1-2hours? (thinking of making a shake pre-workout, so i can drink it fast when i get home from the gym!)
