well, here are the results of me changing my lifestyle. weight loss has been a journey for me, with many ups and downs, but i think i've finally found a middle ground.

now, i'm educated about fitness and dedicated to looking good & being healthy, and now i have a great support (with me in the 2nd picture).

huge thanks to everyone on this board and especially John Stone for all the info and inspiration. John, you've really helped me turn my life around man, can't thank you enough.

weight @6/02: 220 lbs. 30% bf
weight @1/04: 150 lbs. ~13% bf

Awesome job man! I'm glad I could play some small part in improving your life, but YOU did all work and made it happen. Great job!

thanks everyone. this website really did make a huge difference for me. just logging on the forums and seeing all these regular people go against the grain, and take control of their health & appearance was amazing for me. it was a revelation to see that anyone can do this.

it's amazing how much weight plays on your face, cheeks and neck. You look totally better and younger. Good luck, especially on reaching your next goals, keep up the good work!
