I had this the other night and it was excellent

Prepare the kale by cutting out the stem then finely slicing the stems, coarsely chop the leaves (I used about four-six large leaves).

Bring one cup of water to a boil, add the kale, cover and cook for four minutes. Uncover and cook at boil until all the water is evaporated or nearly evaporated, about 3-6 minutes

meanwhile take 1-4 cloves of garlic (I likes my garlic!) mince and saute with less than a tablespoon of olive oil, I like to just crush one clove and mince the rest to give a variety of size/texture. add the kale and sautee for 2-3 minutes.

set in bowl, drizzle with sesame oil (about ½ a tbsp) and add about a tbsp of sesame seeds.

I forgot to add that you can sautee something spicy with the garlic, the original recipe called for cayenne pepper which I didn't have so I used curry powder to excellent effect. made this tonight again but mixed in some rice, perhaps even better that way, all stirfried together... but if you go that route it suddenly becomes a post-work out meal instead of an anytime snack (I really don't use too much oil so it's likely only aroudn 100-150 calories and a great way to get more veggies in my diet).
