I hope this isn't too personal. I was wondering how working out effects the sex drive of the woman out there. I know for a guy testosterone levels sore with a regular lifting schedule esspecially if you push yourself real hard. This in turn along with more confidence in yourself due to looking and feeling better makes for a voracious sexual appetite (thank God I'm married). I was wondering if it had similar effects on any of you. I'd ask my wife but she doesn't work out.

LOL !!! :o talk about "first" impressions eh?

My husband and I do both weight train and I joined recently to try and find more effective methods. I'm the type that goes "all-out" when taking on any task and wanted to make sure I was doing everything correctly. The bonuses of being fit and sexy FAR outweigh being a couch potato ! ;)

Looking forward to learning more from everyone ! Nice to be here
