Just wondering how this is as post-workout nutrition? Is it enough calories? Enough protein/carbs?
1 scoop of ON Whey Protein Powder in 8 oz. skim milk
100g Banana
285 calories
2g Fat
39g Carbs
32g Protein
Thanks

Looks good; might want to try for more carbs. If you can't spare the cals, modify your non-PW/PPW meals to make it work. PW nutrition is key!
Actually mine's exactly like yours, except I add 1/2 cup of pulverized oats (and another 1/2 - full scoop of whey). :tu:

Yeah, I used to have more carbs but I recently changed my PWO nutrition since I added milk back into my diet and those are the numbers I came up with. I think I may just make it 12 oz. of skim milk for now because I usually have to eat it "on the go" and cold, 2 hours old oatmeal isn't my thing.
Once June 1 comes, I can begin eating my PWO meals at home and it will probably be exactly what yours is, just a bit less protein.
I was just wondering if the milk/banana combo is good enough or if I need a complex carb in there somewhere? Any thoughts on that?
Thanks!

i honestly think 2 scoops is better. No1 really knows how much protein body absorbs, but its thought to be around 25-30g in a sitting. Soooo, i figure that after u work out ur body can take more in, so i have 2 scoops always.
