Two months go i decided i was going to drop down and get lean. Within that time span i have drop 57lbs and show tone in my legs arms somewhat my abs region and back. Now, i have hit 192lbs i can not drop past for any reason. I dont know why? I revamped everything in my life to make this work. Cut out sodas, alcohol, sugar sweets. Purely water organic juices and teas. I don't eat pork, i have gone lean meats (skinless chicken turkey, tofu) I upped my intake on veggies like tripled than what is was before as well as fresh fruits.( pretty much all raw & organic). I watch my portions and the times i eat. I as well make sure to have good rest and so on.
My workout is like through out the day. I work in a labor environment so everyday for minimal 4hrs i'm continously lifting and moving product anywhere from 30 to 120lbs. Than i take kickboxing classes at LA Boxing everyday but every other day i take it twice a day. A hour each class. I was taking fat burning pills for a while than i winged off of them but every once in awhile to just give that little push over the hump ill take for a day or two and it was working but now i can't move past 192. I actually believe i might be gaining weight.

Make a detailed daily log of your food intake. That is the only way to get a real look at the situation. It takes a little time and effort, but if you are stuck, you need to do this. I was stuck this past spring thinking the same thing you did. I was doing all the right stuff, eating all the right foods and working out regularly, but I couldn't lose any more fat. I listened to the advice I got in here, and I realized I was eating too much still and not getting enough healthy fat. I adjusted my diet, increased my fat intake, and I lost 15 pounds over about three months.

I see no mention of fats?

Try upping the protein and fats and see what happens. Also try reducing the calories a bit and see if you make any changes. If you drop weight too fast then up the calories a bit. Give it time.

Have you changed your workout routine? Any Cardio? If no cardio add some. If doing steady state cardio try HIIT. The options are endless. Change it up :D

I'm not a fan of juices. They sound healthy but you're better off eating your fruit and drinking water.

No mention of your calorie intake .

I'd avoid the pills.

Nothing wrong with pork.

57 lbs in 2 months seems like a lot of weight to lose so rapidly. Your changes sound mostly healthy... but that is over 6lbs per week! The suggested weight loss rate is around 2lbs of fat, with additional water weight expected at the start of a cut.

This plateau could be your body catching up with you..it sounds like your changes have been quite drastic. It seems like a change is in order if you've truly plateaued, but I would be careful and not expect to lose over 6 lbs per week. If you have before/after pics that would be helpful to check on your lean mass maintenance. Also logging your food intake is a good idea to see what dietary issues could be at play.
