I love beef jerkey but if you've ever read the back of most of them they are loaded with all kinds of weird ingrediants.
I've been thinking about picking up a dehydrator to make some turkey or chicken jerky as a snack when I go out. Does dehydrating the meat have any negatives besides the obvious water reduction?
Anyone have any experiances using one of these machines or use jerky in thier diet?
