Here is my Progression so far. I started on 7/19 doing Cardio and eating healthy. On 8/2 I started P90x and have been loving it. Anyhow, most of my diet details are outlined here....

I will be updating monthly from now on...but I think there is some noticable progress between these weeks.

Keep up the great work. I use some of the p90x workouts myself. It seems when I am doing those workouts I am exhausted, in a good way, when finished. I love the arm and shoulders the most.

Hey I'm doing p90x currently too...just finishing up my first week.

Here is an update for almost 2 months. I am really happy with my progress so far. Even went on Vacation last week and didn't completely stick to my eating/workout schedule. I still ate well but I had a few more drinks than I would have at home. Ah well....I will be started phase 2 of P90x tonight as well. I have been loving the workouts and may even do a second round when I'm done with 90 days. Either that or start a weight based workout.

Tangible improvement is always quite nice - how much total weight have you lost? Have you been keeping track of BF % at all?
