I've been a overweight fat guy since the day i can remember. I used to play cricket, table tennis and football (soccer) but due to later years in my study my sports activities came to halt and i became even more fat. I went on from 37 to 40inch waist.

I 1st visited JSF site few months back by accident and then later completely forgot the name of the site. Then finally after a lot of googling and searching i found out the link from the transformation of the month form bodybuilding.com (http://www.bodybuilding.com/fun/trans5.htm).

I've been a member of bodybuilding.com for some time now but most people there have huge egos and guys like me who already got low self esteem feel like an alien from outer space. I've red many journals here found out that most people were even worst condition then i am now but now they look like CK models. BRAVO..


Lets see how long i can go and be like one of many whose life changed forever by hard work of mere few months.

Two days ago i smashed my right hand's pinky finger, it was very swellish yesterday but today i guess its good. i can't do lifting of any sort. it hurts when i grip something firmly even when i grip glass to drink water.



Update August 16.
My 1st week turned out to be very good. I didn't cheat or anything (except for one coke which i had to drink, it was sort of that moment but i worked out 2 times that day,... heavily)
Mostly i did cardio with a little weight training. Legs & abs, shoulders (back and front presses), bi's and backs, tri's and abs, I did cardio at the end of all the workouts and the days when there was no weight training i did mild HIT on my exercise bike.
