wow its been a year or 2 since i been here, hope everyone is doing well.
How much cardio do you think i can get away with in my lifting routine?
Now I know im bulking as usual and id rather leave the cardio out, but unfortunately, I feel like absoloute crap when I gain weight so I think cardio is gonna have to give some way.
