hey guys,
I'm new here so i figured i'll ask around for advice..
anyways I'm 17 and lost so much fat this last year.. so I'm really fit right now, I worked out here and there and I had great results.. but I really want to tone my body and arms.. they're pretty solid but I want some texture.. and loose some excess fat (i tried everything) I really want to dry it up.. so some advice for a beginner would be appreciated..
P.S Do you guys know some work outs that require NO equipment,, I don't have access to a gym right now, I've got a membership back home..
