I am challenging myself to drop 20 lbs in about 90 days. I have been like a pig this summer, like a pizza with two legs. I am really feef up with myself and that I have been doing this type of shit for too long. This will be a one man show and my main workout will be strength traning in the gym. I am starting a new job now that I finished my univeristy exam in HR which will give me some structure in my daily life. I will have my go date at the 1 of september and then 3 months. I will probably start out abit early since I already started hitting the gym this week after a 2.5 month break from all sort of traning. Damn I feel ashamed. Feel free to follow my journey. :) Start out weight is about 210. Don't really know my bf but think its probably between 15-20%. I will update this basically like a blog and add pictures in this thread along the way. Enjoy the ride. :)

Not much happening today. The weather was really nice and my girlfriend was working so I hit the beach with a friend of mine. Totally sore back after my session yesterday so I took it easy. Did not even take me shirt of at the beach because I am a fat lazy ass that just looks like shit for the moment. Will be hitting the bed pretty soon. Had like two Czech beer and relaxed to a movie. Tomorrow I will hit the gym again, arms hopefully. ;)

Hi.

Had a terrible week last week. Just after my last post in here I got a cold and was not able to hit the gym at all. It feelt like a real upset since I stared out so good. Now I am back thou and hope I can hit it hard from now on. Know its not september yet but I will not start with the stats before that. I see these 2-3 weeks before as a slow warm up start. One thing that I am impressed with in myself is that I have been hitting the food really clean. My girlfriend with her super high burn was bulking up in the ice cream last night but I did not touch it and did not snack in the evning or shit like that. I just wonder how long I will be able to stick to this plan. My goal is pretty ok and I hope I will be able to make it. Wish me luck. Todays workout is back. Hope my shoulder wont bother me as it has in the last 6 monhts. :(

Has been pretty good. I have keept a strict diet and been doing my sessions. Its been kind of draining on the new job. I am very tired in the evning but other wise things are ok. I did a back and pecs session wednesday and did some hardcore HIIT yesterday. I almost thew up at the last 2 intervalls and I did them outside around a lake. When I got home I was all dizzy and funny in the head but when I finally got to hit the bed in the evening the feel was super natural. I feelt so relaxed and calm and sleept like a little puppy. :) Today I will take day off or maybe take a low intensity run around the lake just to get something done or a powerwalk just to let the body recover from yesterdays session. :) Weight wise i feel that the bloatness is alot better then last week. I have probably lost like 3 lbs this week only just from sticking to the diet. Right now things feel great but probably that will change. :):)

...i got my heart rate watch configured so I can use it in the forrest when i do my runs. I always end up running like a donky and get tired alot faster then I should. Its probably why I like HIIT so much. There I can run like a crazy and then get my rest between runs. Would like to do some longer distance aswell in a grindy manner. Think it would be a mental challenge for me that I need to overcome. Might be the weight aswell. I am about 210 right now and that just makes it so much harder to run. I can feel it in my ankles and I gasp for air like a very old and tired dog.

Today I will hit the gym thou. Will do some shoulders and ticeps. My legs are totally stif after my session this saturday. Have a hard time sitting and get all tired after 2 steps. Was majorly hangovered yesterday aswell from the crayfish party on saturday. New week new sets. :)
