For dinner I usually have oatmeal and broccoli and the broccoli tends to make me feel very bloated...and I look pregnant. :p
Any suggestions on how to deal with this? My problem is I'm not much of a vegetable person even though I know how important they are to good health. Plus I hate cooking, and dinner is really the only time I can easily get vegetables other than the baby carrots I have for my mid-afternoon feeding. So I have half a bag of frozen broccoli (about 2.5 cups uncooked). I used to buy bagged spinach and red bell peppers to make a big salad, but that bloat was even worse. Oh, and I hated having to go to the grocery store twice a week to get fresh veggies.
