i'll just rip my message straight from the bb.com boards :)
with this diet i was trying to go as natural as possible, lots of fresh foods and vegies, also get my pre/post/post-post workout nutrition as good as possible!

a few notes, the times are pretty lax, i was thinking of moving the post-postworkout meal, and everything after forward an hour so i get that last meal closer to my bed time, also maybe i could add some more vegies on meal 5 to help with fullness anyways tell me what you think

quite honestly, the only i think that needs to go is the potato PWO. Other than that, it looks great.
