Below is my spreadsheet that I track weights & reps on.

Lat pull downs - I get so much pain in my forearms that I cannot continue
Chest Flyes - not really sure why this isn't increasing, but my chest is the area of my body that needs the most development right now
Bench - I do these after the chest flyes... frequently I have to quit before failure because my pecs hurt so bad I can't bare to continue. I do have a pretty high pain threshold, so it is not that I am wimping out or anything.
Any input / suggestions?
