i was looking at fitness depot for a bench that does incline ,decline, flat and has a leg accesserory and it costed $299 CAD.
Can I get these things cheaper because $300 for a bench is pretty expensive for me... I never knew these go by that much I got a bench alrdy but it only does incline and flat which only costed me $70 CAD.
Anyone know where I can get the utility benches for cheaper?

I bought my Olympic Workout Center at Fitness Depot back in January, paying waste disposal hommage to my old Weider bench when I got hom with it. It's basically an incline bench, but is upgradeable to a full workout station with the attachements. I bought the leg extension and I'm happy. It gives me the ability to workout all my large muscle groups, with room to expand. It's durable as anything I've seen - I expect it to be the last bench I own.
I bought it (with attachments) for about $229 I think.
But if you want a cheap flat/incline bench, go to WalMart. You should be able to find one in the $100 range.
Good luck.

You could try eBay for one like this (http://cgi.ebay.com/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?ViewItem&category=15281&item=3677499686&rd=1) but the shipping costs could sting you.
