hey
i have just realised i never posted my before pictures,
at the moment i don't have any current back pictures , ill post the before and after later.

just a little about my story, March 1st 2008 i decided to make a change i weighed around 93kg (first picture) i think i droped to 74 kg in 2 months, and lowest was 68kg, i decided to bulk but i regained a significant amount of fat (no pic),

i thrown away my scale and i decided to go for a recomp till i reached how i looked like in the second picture June 2009 [more or less same as june 2008] from then i attempted a cut with alittle bit of cardio i didnt count calories at all, i just stoped binging. so the third picture is my current.[not really beach body but im happy with the result]

i still have fat in my lower chest and abdominal region, i doubt ill be able to get rid of it unless i add more mass.
i never worked my abs so probably they will never show even if i reduce my bf.

i have long arms no matter how much i work them its difficult to fill them up so with a shirt on i look kinda skinny,

well thats it if you have any questions comments suggestions of what to do next, critiques please write them.

thanks for passing by

Do you have a pic with 68 kgs?
Did you burn just fat or also muscles in your 2 month cutting phase?

Adonys,
Very impressive improvement in your back, your back is so much wider. Your posture improved also. No more love handles. You like like a totally different person. Congratulations.

thanks shamie i just saw your transformation you did a helluva job,
my love handles are still there im probably around 16% BF they are the last thing to get rid of and the fiirst thing to get back :D but i prefer to have them and looking relatively buff than having abs with a skeletal sick look.

thanks Seltzer,
i kinda cheated here the before pictures are from 2007 :D

Little update i was at 68 on september now im at 76KG i eat kinda dirty but i never skip the gym. im just sick of being skinny

hey, what was your training routine and caloric intake during the first cut ?

training was 45min cardio on Les Mills "Biking" class 3 times /week
1hour compound exercises 3 times/week

Diet:
it was very poor Probably around 1500kcal or less with nearly 0 fat i created a meal plan on FitDay to have an idea about the calorie consistency of each meal then i started changing things around. but the key was eating 5 to 6 small meals a day.

now i don't track anything but i know i could get down to 12%BF whenever i want.
i probably reached 20%BF now but i really don't mind, ill post pictures soon
