ive seen quite abit of growth recently, however it seems to be all disproportionate and im wondering what i can do to counter that bar ignoring the areas im adding 'too much' muscle to.

my biceps and triceps are too big for my chest, and my delts are thus too small for my arms!

i have for some time been trying to lower the amount of armwork i do to allow it to sort of catch up but im getting nowhere, particularly with my delts, they arent growing at all, and against my arms they hardly exist, and it looks stupid

any suggestions to stimulate some serious growth in my delts?
