hi, i'm posting some pics again, it's been a month since i posted my originals and since there haven't been any updates in this forum for a while i figured i'd toss some more out there. currently i'm 5'8" 173 lbs 18% body fat. I'm trying to get down to 155-160 and 10% i figure a couple more months and i'll get there.

oh for sure, i'm kinda getting to where i'm wondering what to do next though. i want to go hard and lose the 18lbs, and i know that naturally you'll lose a little muscle, but i'd like to minimize that as much as possible. not really sure how though outside of educated guesses. anyway, i'm seeing changes in spades, like 10 times more looks from chicks. that's motivation enough!

My recommendation: lift heavy weights 2-3 times a week, full body, high intensity and relatively low volume, and eat enough protein (at least 1 gram per pound of bodyweight). Do some light cardio on your rest days if you find you're not losing as much as you want.

You've made some excellent progress already, so it does look like you know what you're doing :).

thanks for the advice j_w! that's essentially what i'm doing, so hopefully i'm on track.
