hi,

i ve been trainning hard to get on a good shape this summer..
ive been doing the trainning and the diet and have had very good results,
when i hit the gym and i look at the mirror afterwards i see the guy that i want to show off in the beaches by the end of june..:tucool:
six pack, pecs and biceps..all that on a relaxed position

but when i get back to home hours later, i see myself just pretty average.. like a trimed version of my initial 30% BF look..

i dont think theres a mirror trick, and i know that after a trainning session my muscles are pumped and all.. but have you been on a similar situation and how much time will it take to get to a permanent after gym look?

Can't stay pumped full time ;-) Be cool if you could though. To enhance your "normal" look, the recipe is more of the same I'm sure. More muscle, less fat, rinse and repeat.

Looks like you're making great progress though! nice work..

see, i knew it... they use trick mirrors in gyms LOL... i've noticed the same thing as well as probably everyone else here. along with the obvious "pumped" muscles at the gym, lighting is also very different at home, especially over bathroom mirrors. home lighting is designed to see yourself from the front in bathroom mirrors where gym lighting is overhead, usually higher ceilings and casts a lot more shadows over our bodies enhancing our muscle texture. i've noticed i look more toned in the bedroom mirror than in the bathroom because of the lighting. just something i've noticed, maybe it's just the electrical contractor in me :D
