I do a full body work out 3 days a week, and cardio (1/2 hour) 3 days a week.....some weeks I end up 4 days of weights, and 2 days of cardio, but I have been pretty consistent...
I usually have a glass of wine with dinner, 3-5 days a week I'd guess....just 1 glass, sometimes red, sometimes white.....
Is this going to hurt my progress? I do my weights or cardio around 7:30/8 at night....we eat dinner around 6....

Short answer: nope. If you had a whole box of wine, that would be a problem. You're not going to blow everything by unwinding 3 days a week with a glass of wine with dinner.
Consider this, too: being stressed out WILL interfere with your progress, and having an occasional glass of wine will keep that from happening.
Strive for balance. Your progress is not as sensitive as that, and quality of life is important both in the gym and out!

Na, sounds like you're 100% on the ball so the glass of wine every night won't hurt at all.
