OK... I am trying to cut right now. I am lifting 3x per week and have been doing fasted LISS in the mornings of non-lifting days 3x per week also with one day off. My typical LISS is 30 - 40 minutes of walking (2-3 miles).

Question is... could I do this every morning or would that be too much? What are the pros and cons of doing it 6 days a week?

(here is my journal if you want more details on what I am doing... http://forums.johnstonefitness.com/showthread.php?t=47430)

You could do it every day. I personally wouldn't, though. Your calories are already what I consider very low for the amount of activity that you're doing. Also, it seems like you're consistently losing weight. I wouldn't change anything unless you stall.

I agree with George. If you are losing weight with this set up, keep going. If you stall, the daily LISS would work but be sure you do your weights in the late afternoon or evening, not after the LISS.
