you burn most calories in the morning so
is it posibule to have an efective workout in the evening ?

It is certainly possible to have an effective workout in the evening.

General rule of thumb: It's better to work out whenever you can than to not work out at all.

I work out in the mornings because it is the one time that I can almost guarantee that my work will not get in the way of my workout.

I work out at night if I get off early enough.
