is there a difference between protein and soy protein? i prefer soy milk over regular milk, but im unsure of the difference....is there one? or are they pretty much the same?

I don't have a definite answer for you on the diff. between the protein...my guess is that protein is protein so follow the label...I too prefer soy milk to regular milk (except in my protein shakes) but I really only like the vanilla flavour, I think the regular soy milk is a little too "grainy" tasting...which brands do you like? I usually get Silk - Vanilla

i also get the silk-vanilla and the soy slender in cappuccino flavor. cant get enough of that stuff!
