When do you guys eat breakfast? This has basically how my schedule has been.
9AM Get in from the office and/or the gym
9:30AM Eat breakfast
10:00AM-6PM Sleep
6:30PM Supper
10:00PM Usually something like a Myoplex Lite bar.
1:00AM Usually the leftovers from the 6:30PM supper
4:00AM Another Myoplex Lite bar.
And that's generally it until I get home, anything look really wrong there to you guys? I just want to do this right. Thanks for the help! Oh and on lifting days I take a whey shake when I get home, on cardio days I have some kind of Met-Rx citrus flavored recovery stuff but I'm not sure if I need to worry about taking it. I'm sure it was on sale for $10 for a reason.

That's so awesome that you can do the cardio at work. I tried jogging down our extremely long hallway but I startled a security guard one time doing so, so I had to nix that idea for now. Just glad he didn't mace me.
I'm going to try work something out similar for myself. I did BFL a few years ago and lost 20 pounds in 3 months, but that was using lean cuisine dinners and using the few dumbbells I had. I would figure I can do even better now that I have a little more sense nutrition wise and I actually have access to heavier weights. Thanks for the post Gregg! :tu:

I've worked a rotating shift for the last 30 years and I find that it best to try to work within your own schedule. You don't eat supper when you get up, you eat breakfast. You never really get used to shift work. Look around at the people you work with who don't make an effort to take care of themselves, they are usually old beyond their years.
