Hey everyone,

I recently joined the forums and thought it would be a good idea to make my first post! I'm 18 y.o and weigh about 109kg (I don't look that big though) and I'm about 6 ft 2. I've been big my entire life and want to change this. My goal for the short term (ie. end of the year) is to get down to 85 kgs whilst retaining (hopefully increasing) my strength, muscle size and definition.
I read through the forums for a few days and have developed my plan.
M, W + F. High Intensity Training - chest press, squats, bicep curls, shoulder press, tricep push down, calf raises, front pull down and incline chest press.
T + T. High Intensity Interval Training - I cycle /row for about 15 minutes at 15 sec slow / 15 sec fast intervals.
S+S. Rest days.

I believe I should be eating around 2000 calories per day but can't seem to get past about 1300 per day. With about a 30P:40C:30F split. I aim for a 40P:40C:20F split but mostly struggle with the fat calories and keeping them low as many high protein foods contain high fats. Eating clean is so much more filling than junk!

Anyway thx for reading and I will talk to you soon as I plan on continuing this journey for a while yet. =)
