latly iv been staying up till late (4am) and waking up early (8:30-9:30am)to have breakast and then fall to sleep straight after again. when i wake up at (1-2PM) i barely feel hungary and when i eventually do i eat very little and i feel ful, i prety much go through the day with eating very little and i dont feel hungary. i assume its something to d with my metabolism dropping is that right?

now at moment im trying to loose my last bits of body fat to get nice abs, is this patternt going to be effecting my fat loos plan for abs??

Good quality rest is vital and will be affecting it, yes.

Why don't you sleep at normal times?

Why are you getting up for "breakfast" in the middle of your sleep? If you're working a late swing shift (or whatever your reason for staying up so late), you should go to bed at 4:00, get up at noon, and eat breakfast then.

Ouch. Out of interest... How did you break your leg?

:nono: Seriously, you need to sleep properly. Having a full 8 hours sleep, at least, is important for your body to recover.

I used to be in the same loop of staying up, playing games and what not. It just isn't healthy for you, both mentally and physically.

I'm not a doctor, but look into getting melatonin to try and readjust your sleep schedule. I take it an hour before I WANT to go to bed and it makes me tired. If you are staying up until 4, take 3mg at 2am and you will probably feel sleepy enough by 3 that you will want to go to bed. Keep adjusting every few days and make sure you set an alarm so you don't oversleep.

Yeah, I would probably recommend eatting breakfast at noon, and instead wake up early and smoke that weed for max benefit.
