First things first, im 6'2 and 175lbs.
Thanks to John  i got motivated and started my workout program almost 3 weeks ago.

I eat around 1700-2000 calories daily, with around 150-200 grams of protein and carbs.
I do 15min of cardio everyday, and 25-30 minutes of weight training every day.
In the last 3 weeks i lost zero weight, but i've definetly gained muscle mass because i've never seen them this big :D
So it looks like im loosing body fat, gaining muscle mass yet keeping the same weight?

Should i concentrate more on cardio and do weight training every other day? Im not trying to bulk up at the moment, just tone down and get rid of some bodyfat.

I'm 6'2 as well and at 175, you can't have much fat left to lose. At 165 you'd be incredibly skinny. So this means you should do less cardio and more lifting. Three HIIT sessions weekly should be more than enough, and stick to around 1800 cal. You should also get yourself a real workout routin, because 25-30 minutes is a joke. If you're doing a 5-day split, each day should be an hour tops, including a 15-minute warmup. Also, get yourself a caliper so that you can track your progress. You'll get a lot of motivation that way!

Well thats the thing, i do have some fat. I cant see my abs, but i can feel them.
I do this workout 7 days a week, and do select body parts per day. I probably couldnt handle an hour on just my biceps/triceps, but if i add leg workouts i probably can.

Anyway i'll definetly pick up a caliper, guessing wont get me anywhere.

Like Diabolic said, at 6'2 and 175lbs you cant have much more fat to loose.... Maybe just a few %...

You have to watch what you eat very closely... A clean diet is very important, you cant just eat 200g of any carbs, It's got to be the right kind and at the right time...

Eat six meals a day, making your breakfast the biggest one and make every meal smaller than the previous one you had....

You need to get yourself a good weightlifting program. Go sign up for MAX-OT at www.ast-ss.com (http://www.ast-ss.com) and get the BEGINNER ROUTINE from them. It'll be the best damn thing you've ever done.
