Today I bought 50 capsules of L-Glutamine & L-Arginine from Holland & Barrets, both of which are 500 mg per capsule. However the dosage on the bottle states that only to be taken once per day and should not be exceeded. Im just wondering if this is enough for the aminos to do their job effectivly? as L-Glutamine is normally dosed around 3-5g once or twice a day. So thats effectivly at least 6-10 capsules at once? Is the recommened dosage of 500mg once per day right or?

Also what is the standard dosage for l-arginine?
