Ahh, why not just control your calories and get the all natural stuff? You need a degree in latin just to read the ingredients list ... should something as simple as ice cream have so many chemicals?

be careful too, i have too much sometimes in the past thinking it was healthy. Use it for a cheat meal, its very good!!
