"Impressed" would be putting it mildly. I felt like I'd just eaten a cheat desert when I finished it (chocolate mint flavor). :nod:

Also, Lisa called me from her office about an hour ago. She took a Novus "Cookie Dough" to work with her, and she said it was better than any protein bar she's ever had (she eats protein bars nearly every day, and has tried just about everything under the sun). She also gave two of her co-workers a bite, and they both loved it. One of her coworkers pulled up my site her on her cell phone just to get the coupon code and the AtLarge URL so she can order a box when she gets home this evening.

I don't eat many protein bars, but I will keep these on hand for a quick meal in a pinch. Lisa, on the other hand, eat protein bars almost every day, and she said she's switching from Cliff to Novus.

I'll be writing my full review as soon as Lisa tries the mint and I try the cookie dough, but for now I'll just give my one word review: "WOW!"
