Hi everyone,

In the last few weeks doing breathing squats and high-rep RDLs I have had niggling knee/hip pain that has bothered me on and off.

I always had a bit of pain but now it is starting to worsen and I really think it IT Band Syndrome. The pain is on the lateral aspect of the knee and I have developed 'click's on the lateral hip and lateral knee. Rubbing the lateral side of the leg it feels very tight.

My question is how to approach this problem and how to modify my training. I was going to hit it hard with stretching and foam-rolling but am wondering for how long (or if at all) I should back off squatting/deadlifts, etc.
