I've noticed KentNutrition.com is down, and I feel I really need something for my joints (Didn't think so at 25, but I'm hurting).

Also, what is your opinion on Glucosamine HCL? I've read on some posts that it's ineffective.(http://forums.johnstonefitness.com/showpost.php?p=553753&postcount=3)

You inspire me daily! Thanks.:tu:

Yeah, KN has been gone for years.

I still take the combo, but I just purchase it locally from Costco now.

I take HCL, and it sure works for me.

My guess would be Kirkland's Signature Extra Strength Glucosamine/Chondroitin (http://www.costco.com/Browse/Product.aspx?Prodid=11289850&search=chondroitin&Mo=1&cm_re=1_en-_-Top_Left_Nav-_-Top_search&lang=en-US&Nr=P_CatalogName:BC&Sp=S&N=5000043&whse=BC&Dx=mode+matchallpartial&Ntk=Text_Search&Dr=P_CatalogName:BC&Ne=4000000&D=chondroitin&Ntt=chondroitin&No=0&Ntx=mode+matchallpartial&Nty=1&topnav=&s=1)

I can't find anything with all 3 though.

They always have it in the store with all three. At least the one I go to does.

I was also looking for the same combo that John uses daily...something with all three ingredients in one product.

After some research, I found Triple Flex (http://www.naturemade.com/ProductDatabase/prd_prod.asp?productid=73) made by Nature Made. I purchased mine at Sam's Club.

According to the label, each caplet contains 750mg Glucosamine HCL, 400mg Chondroitin, and 375mg MSM. If you're looking to mimmick the ratios that John uses, that should do nicely for you.

FYI, the label also mentions taking the supplement for 4-6 weeks "and you should see results." In my opinion the product works, just don't expect any overnight miracles. Personally, I've been using it for 4 weeks and I can tell a difference in the way my knees react to running. My cardio consists of running outside 18-20 miles a week, so my knees definitely take a pounding.

Hope this helps.

I just bought some for the first time today...the Triple Flex from NatureMade, but it doesn't seem to have MSM anymore:

http://www.tripleflex.com/ourProducts.asp

Looks like they replaced it with hyaluronic acid. Why did they do that? Does anyone know about this stuff? I looked it up on wikipedia and found this charming little gem:

"One of the chief components of the extracellular matrix, hyaluronan contributes significantly to cell proliferation and migration, and may also be involved in the progression of some malignant tumors."
