If you are using www.fitday.com [free] to track your meals online you can enter a custom food and put in the values from your vitamins or protein shakes whatever. Just add 1 calorie for the vitamin's value so the system will take it. Simple I know but you may have overlooked this feature.

I add almost all my food as custom there. I don't think some of those people can read labels. My protein supplement alone was off by 200+ calories. I thought I was eating about 1800, when in reality I ate about 1450.

Thanks so much for the tip Hunk- I just added my breakfast this morning and included my vitamin C and multivitamin. You'll all be glad to know I've had 3461.6% of my RDA of Vitamin C today!! (I take 2077mg a day).

Just remember all drugs con be harmful. Too much of ANYTHING can be a poison.

Too much oxygen can be fatal.
