Yesterday, I did some light cardio and lifted weights in the morning (pecs, arms) then at night I played basketball for an hour and a half. At the end of basketball, I felt winded, but I felt so amazing, like a natural high! I've heard about it before, but I don't know the specifics. Is this a 'runner's high' or is it 'being pumped' or what? Can someone tell me about the positive highs you get off of exercise, and what makes them happen? I want another!

I feel like that all the time when driving home from muay thai. I put my heavy metal CD in, and just cruise home with the window down (unless its cold like it is now then I pretend I have the window down) and I'm so quacked up on endorphins that I feel like Superman flying down the road. Almost made me skid off the road once as I wasn't paying attention, but all soon became well again.
