Hey everyone..

I'm new to the forum... I'm 22, been lifting ever since i was about 17 or so, and obviously throughout the years, I've learned a lot from where I've started.

I now want to be able to trim up extra fat and be nice and lean.

I adopted a very clean diet, and cardio with my weights.


My question is is it OK to eat MORE than 6 times a day?

For example, lets say I have a meal at 2:00 and have a meeting from 4-6. I dont want to go from 2:00 to 6:30 without eating, so would it be ok to have my meal at 2, then maybe small meal right before the meeting and small meal after?

I see no problem with it. I think overall calories and to a lesser extend macronutrients will play the biggest roles in terms of fatloss for you.
You can eat two meals or ten meals. Do what works for you. :)

It is okay to eat more than 6 times per day, and it is okay to eat less than 6 times per day.

Find what works for your schedule and results.

sure, as long as you eat your desired calories/macros for the day. I probably eat around 10-12 times a day and I still lose 1-2 lbs a week, just make sure you track what you eat so you dont go over
