Good Morning folks!

It's been quite a while since I've posted properly. Fear not, I have been doing quite wonderfully. I have been on and off the solid fitness routine for a while now though I haven't bounced back very much weight wise. Perhaps 5 out of the 40 pounds I lost.

I'm in the mindset to get started again but with my current schedule I have a very difficult time getting to the gym and getting enough sleep in. I'm in class almost 20 hours a week with work 40-50 hours a week. This poses a dilemma for getting my butt into the gym.

I do posess some free weights, a barbell and a bench. The bench is really not very sufficient so I'll probably replace that fairly soon. In either case, I was hoping to ask you fine folk for some help in figuring out a plan that could help me keep fit and build without any complex machinery. Anything that could be done with said equipment and the floor would work well. I also have a medicine ball.

tl;dr

I need help creating a weight routine with the following equipment:

1 Barbell (with a variety of plates)
2 Dumbells (with a variety of plates)
A poor benchpress
A Medicine Ball
The floor

*edit*

I'm going to go fix my profile stats >.<

Barbell:
BB Row, Bench, Dead, military press
You could work on cleans and then do squats without need for a rack.

DB's:
You could do DB squats, flys, laterals, presses, rows, overhead pulls, anything you can think of.

Medicine ball:
How heavy? Just throw it around...

Floor:
Pushups, burpees, jump squats, brazilian crunches, youtube search "bodyweight exercises"

People don't often realize how creative weightlifting can be...

You can do jump squats with the barbell too.

Hell of a workout.
