Are any of the products using sugar alcohols as low-carb sweeteners? If so, you might be more sensitive than most to the sugar alcohols.

what brand is it?? i find the more "ghetto" brands are way harder on the tummy. especially taken on an empty stomach. its definitely worth the extra couple bucks to get a quality protein.

Exactly. And if you are lactose intolerant, some low grade brands may get you.

I have MLO Bio Protein bars.. im not lactose intolerant and the only time i had any problems with them was the peanut butter and chocolate bar on an empty stomach. i have had 1 shake and maybe 5 bars in about 10 days

I only have and recommend ON 100% whey protein to my clients. Great tasting in water or milk and a great mix of protein, BCAA's, and glutamine.
Easy to digest. I have 2-3 shakes a day.

I wasn't sure about this, but I read it on the Interwebs so it must be true.

ON pro complex is comparable to wheybolic
ON 100% whey is comparable to GNC 100% whey
In fact ON makes GNC proteins

Assuming it is true, then I can say I'm using ON 100% Whey when I buy Pro Performace 100% Whey protein.

So what is the amount of protein you need to take per kilo/pound?

maybe your overtaking in combination with your normal food

I've had insane gas on some whey power. GNC certainly was one which gave me fits. I've switched to Allmax and really have no issues now. Also used an iso from a company called Strive which I loved (easy mix with spoon, lot of BCAA's, high protien yield etc)

Using something like Beano before taking them helped me in the past. Gas wasn't really funny, could barely go to work.
