asiansensation78 Sat, January 31st, 2009, 03:05 PM I woke up this morning and pretty much like a zombie, ate a jar of natural peanut butter in one sitting. I don't know how I actually managed to pull this off, maybe I was really hungry while groggy... but needless to say, this kind of knocks off my macros today for cutting.

So, having not done cardio for past week, give me a challenge or two to work with for my run today to offset this jar of PB a little, and I'll set it as my day's goal. Thanks guys

Still hitting the weights hard mr. rtestes, I usually only do cardio 1x a week anyway, and just wanted to challenge myself more this time :tu: How have you been?
