I would just like to say hello and introduce myself to the forums. At the beginning of the month i wanted to change the way I look, and was wondering if anyone could tell me how I was doing diet and work out wise.

Currently I weigh around 202 and at the beginning of the month i weighed around 210. I got a personal trainer who I meet with 2- 3 times a week and get a good workout in with him. I go an extra 2 times a week to get in a spin class and weight train the other parts of my body.

I am curious about what you guys think about my diet.

In the morning I eat a bowl of Kashi cereal and a glass of OJ.
In the afternoon I eat a turkey sandwich on whole wheat bread with pickles and some bbq sauce.
After the workout I have a protein shake
and for dinner I eat pretty health, such as grilled chicken breast and veggies.

I drink water throughout the day and I dont do much snacking until the night. Which can be some cheese or some fruit and maybe a piece of chocolate. And I know i drink to much skim milk which i am currently try to replace with water.

My only problem is I go out on the weekends with my friends and do a bit of drinking. And just wondering how bad this is.

Other than that I go out and eat what ever is leanest on the menu and stopped drinking coke and fast food, and I also drink unsweet iced tea.

I was wondering if there is anything I need to change and if any suggestions can be given in order for me to get to around 185 and build muscle before June. Not that I am going to stop in June, but I am a groomsman in a wedding and I am trying to get in shape for it.

Any opinions on my diet and workout would be greatly appreciated.

Thank you,
Hunter
