Ok well this seems like a good place to write down everything I do...
Well my stats...
Age: 16
Height: 6'0.5
Weight: 168 LBS
My goal...
I want to lose the layer of fat off my stomach so my ABs can appear. Right now I'm probably like 12-13% bodyfat. I'd like to drive that down to about 9-10. I'm trying to get a flat stomach in 6 weeks for the summer, and later that I can work on actually strengthening my ABs.
I also want to eat better so later on I can be healtheir and just eat healthy foods all the time rather then forcing myself to stay away from fast foods and pizzas and stuff.
And probably the most important thing is that I want to LEARN how to get into better shape. From eating healthy to what excersizes to do, I wanna know what I can and can't eat ALL the time.
My plan...
I'm gonna try and eat much healther that I used to and I've been doing pretty good the past 2 weeks or so. I have a new membership at the gym. I plan on doing Cardio 4 out of 5 days I go to the gym, and I will be lifting 3 of the 5 days.
Before I go to bed I do crunches and reverse crunches just to start my AB buildup.
Day 1...
I woke up and had 6 Egg Whites and 1/2 cup of oatmeal. I couldn't finish eaither but I did eat a lot of both. At 12:30 I had 2 pieces of grilled chicken and a sweet potato. I went to the gym about 45 minutes later and worked out Bi's. After a long workout I came home to realize I had no Whey so Meal 3 which was supposed to be a shake with a banana in it was gonna actually become a turkey sandwhich on whole wheat. I then fell asleep until midnight and I woke up waited about 15 minutes and had another turkey sandwhichon WWT. About 2 and half hours later I did my nightly crunches and reverse crunches, took a shower and started my 1st ever journal.
