Ok so I have a problem. I am always sweating...always. I can be sitting down watching tv, driving in the car, on the computer, or in the freezing cold. I start sweating heavily from my forehead and underarms. It is really embarrassing, especially in public,at work, etc. I have used all sorts of antiperspirants and nothing works. Anyone else have similar issues? Should I go see a doctor? Or anyone have any natural remedies? This has been going on all my life btw

Matty,

It sounds like you may suffer from Hypderhydrosis, (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Hyper_hydrosis)but you may know that already after research. I don't think you need to see a doctor about this, unless you want to go the route of surgery.

I too suffer from this, but noticed it has gotten a little better now that I have control of my nutrition/weight loss. However, it still creeps up on me at bad times.

There are surgeries available that will snip the glands that cause you to sweat, that is an extreme route which I have considered. The cost in that has come down tremendously in the past few years, now that there are a lot of places that are trained to do it.

There are also deodorants that you can apply at night, which contain higher levels of aluminum chloride hexahydrate, legal, but rarely found in stores, that will pretty much kill all effects of this. It does have some side effects, mainly just an irritation of the skin, but that gets better with usage, and goes away after regular use. For this, I would recommend beyond ANYTHING that I have used in the past, because like you, I have tried it all -- is a product called Odaban. (http://www.odaban.com/)For regular daily usage lately, I have been using a deodorant from Arm & Hammer (forgive me because I can't remember the full name, but it is a yellow stick that has a few "flavors") that was recommended to me by another friend who was having similar issues, and is found in any store.

If you have any further questions, feel free to shoot me a PM.
