i am 5'9 and a half and weigh 175-179..i wanna get to 160-165 in 3months, anyone have any suggestions how i can trim down without weight lifting,running..

Yeah, bascically eat well and you will undoubtedly lose some weight. Without knowing what you eat right now then of course its not possible to recommend to you what you should eat. I assume there is a reason that you cannot workout or do cardio? As this is something that is very highly recommended and will strip the fat away in no time.

i actually dance 45 minutes a day..i like doing it..then like 30 minutes later, id dance for 20 minutes..then probally 30 minutes later, dance again..reaal fun.... and i walk up and down stairs for 7 hours at school with a bookbag that weighs like 4 pounds..and i get off the bus and it takes me like 15 minutes to get home...i do alot of stuff

Doing a lot of stuff is great. But if it doesn't get your heart rate into 'the zone' then I'm afraid its all in vein. I'm obviously not suggesting that you should wear a heart rate monitor to dance or go to school, but you can obviously gauge yourself how hard you are trying. Show us your diet and we can help you modify it. If you have a lot of fat to lose then simply changes can help you to lose weight to start with.

all the dancing doesn't mean squat if you have a cheeseburger and a coke afterwards. Log what you eat and then post it up here. I say log it for a few days before posting because if you are anything like i was, i had a VERY selective memory when it came to the food i was eating.
