I'm 23, been working out for 8 months, getting ready for 1st bulk
How much lbs a week should someone gain while bulking?
I am gonna eat as clean as possible while bulking and keep 3 times a week cardio.
What should I prioritize the most while bulking? I think my arms and shoulders are my lagging part!
How long should someone bulk for?
by the way, i weigh 143 lbs and at about 9.5% (digital BF calipper)

at 143 lbs how tall are you?
most of your questions are answered in the "bulking sticky"...
don't focus on certain muscles - work them all hard.
as for how long to bulk - it all depends on how you feel you are doing - for me - I gain weight pretty slowly, so it is clear a good solid 6 months of bulking is needed before I consider cutting...
but I wouldn't think bulking much longer then 6 months is a good idea as your joints and tendons could use a break from always going supper heavy, and cardio tends to get ignored when bulking...

I'am 5-8 by the way. i guess i am gonna see how it goes for the bulking. Since i gain weight kinda easily, i will evaluate by the week when i should stop. I am not really into the bulky look, more on the low bf side kinda look. I am thinking of taking measurement monthly to see my progress... I am gonna start Creatine for the first time, and keep my protein to around 150-200 gr a day. Can't wait to see the results in a couple months. I am just scared of getting to much fat weight. Last year i weighted 156 lbs at a much higher bodyfat and i hated the way i look so i am gonna do my best to keep my bf as low as possible while bulking. I know its hard but i am gonna do my bulk as clean as possible..
