I'm just a lil curious guys. |When you reach 10% body fat how easy is it to stay there? do you still train as hard as when you were cutting, or is a healthy diet enough to regain any beer belly?

I don't know my body fat % exactly, probably somewhere down there. Anyway, I find it's no problem staying within 1-2% and eating freely. It just is a bitch to get below it.

As long as I don't routinely consume (week or more at a time) a very large amount of calories over my maintenence level, it is quite easy to stay where I am.

My weight fluctuates a lot during the day depending on what I've eaten and when. The thing you have to watch out for is water retention and bloating - I easily can tell (whether anyone else can is the question) when I'm retaining a lot of water or when I've eaten quite too much. Of course, the trick is to drink more water if you want to retain less water, since it's usually sodium that governs this. (Kind of depressing to see throughout the day.)

Weight, of course, flucatates regardless of your BF%, but it's more noticable to oneself at a lower BF%.

I haven't been much above 10% BF in years, so my insight may not be the best for you. According to the military method I'm at 8.5%, if you ask my caliper (which is wrong) I'm at 2.5% ;)

Also, currently, besides a game of Ultimate Frisbee every night, I don't do any cardio.

I used to play a lot of ultimate (great game!) and I have to say - that qualifies as "Cardio" :)

I think I have to take issue with calling ultimate a game...

It's not a great game, it's a great sport! :tu:

Every night though? You're hardcore!

I have been between 10-11% now for a few months. On one hand it's cool because I haven't been that percentage in years, on the other hand it sucks because I tended to cheat more because I was happy with my %. ( i have since become ultra focused and am dieting/lifting hard until I reach my single digit goal)

Well, five out of the last six days. I'm not stopping until no one comes out to play, and then I'll probably be running through dorms doing the round-up.
