I'm seeking pointers on how to burn the most fat on a stationary bike. Can someone suggest a good HIIT routine? I also want to use my bike on my workout days...how long should I ride on these days?

I use a bike when HIIT.
I have 2 routines depending on how I feel
The harder of the two kills me totally every time. I put the bike on resistance 8 (of 12) and do
4 mins warm up
1 min 90
1 min 70
1 min 90
1 min 70
1 min 90
1 min 70
1 min 90
1 min 70
1 min 90
1 min 70
1 min 90
1 min 70
1 min 90
1 min 70
1 min 100
4 mins cool down

If I wanna be able to walk after I go
4 mins warm up
1 min 90
90 secs 70
1 min 90
90 secs 70
1 min 90
90 secs 70
1 min 90
90 secs 70
1 min 90
90 secs 70
1 min 90
1 min 100
4 mins cool down

How could you possibly go 1 minute at 90? I think the most I could do is 30 seconds. You must be in really, really good shape.

i do 1:1 intervals, you just gotta push yourself, and not have the ressistance up too high
