Im looking a form of creatine that is scientifically proven to work in terms of increasing strength and safe to use, I know there is Creatine Mono, Kre-Alkalyn & Creatine Ethyl Ester. Ive read that the CEE is meant to function better than mono but theres no research to back this up?

Stick with mono. Kry-Alkalyn is buffered to supposedly prevent breakdown into creatinine in the acidic conditions of the stomach. Trouble is, this is really a non-issue. Even after hours in acidic conditions, 99% of regular old mono remains. CEE on the other hand, breaks down quite readily in the stomach, and you don't want that.
So ... just get mono. The fancy stuff isn't worth the money.
